The Berber village of Tadja  is situated just across the river from Ouarzazate among the palm groves and close to Lake El Mansour.  It is an ideal location from which to explore the incredible countryside in South Morocco.

  You can choose from the High Atlas mountains, the Valley of One Thousand Kasbahs, the dramatic Georges of Todra and Dades, the Oasis of Fint, the stunning Valley of the Draa, which eventually reaches the Atlantic Coast, the spectacular village of Ait Ben Haddou – a popular film location and further south the town of Zagora with the Sahara Desert beyond.

We have excellent contacts with reliable guides and agencies in the area who can offer a wide range of adventures and experiences for you to enjoy.  Alternatively, there is the choice of hiring a car or, if you prefer a 4 x 4, a bike or camel!

For those looking for something a little more tranquil, there is an huge variety of bird life for the enthusiast or the opportunity to practice your painting or photography skills.
